Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Rotate Pomodoro Timer ("the App", "we", "our") handles data. The App is published by Hüseyin Sezer Yıldırım as an independent developer.

1. Data we collect
The App is designed to work without collecting personal information. Specifically:

  • Locally stored preferences. Your selected theme, language, onboarding state and paywall timing are stored on your device only (via iOS local storage). They are never sent to us.

  • Purchase information. When you start a subscription or buy the lifetime option, Apple processes the transaction and shares anonymous purchase information (transaction ID, product, country, currency) with our subscription provider, RevenueCat, so it can grant the correct entitlement on your device. RevenueCat may also generate an anonymous user ID tied to your purchases. RevenueCat's privacy practices are described at revenuecat.com/privacy.

  • Diagnostics. Apple may share crash and performance data with us through App Store Connect if you have opted in via your device settings. This data is aggregated and anonymous.

2. Data we do NOT collect

  • We do not ask for, store, or transmit your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts, calendar, location, or any other personal data.

  • The App has no user accounts.

  • We do not use third-party analytics or trackers.

3. Advertising
Free-tier users who choose "Watch Ad" may be shown an in-app advertisement. Ad providers may collect a limited, anonymous device advertising identifier in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency rules. Where required, you will be asked for permission before any tracking occurs. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. Subscriptions and payments
All payments are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; cancellation can be managed in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Children
The App is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

6. Your rights
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal record we can give you, modify, or delete. If you would like RevenueCat to remove the anonymous purchase record associated with your device, contact us and we will forward the request.

7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Rotate Pomodoro Timer ("Uygulama", "biz") tarafından nasıl veri işlendiğini açıklar. Uygulama, bağımsız geliştirici Hüseyin Sezer Yıldırım tarafından yayımlanmaktadır.

1. Topladığımız veriler
Uygulama, kişisel bilgi toplamadan çalışacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Spesifik olarak:

  • Cihaz içi tercihler. Seçtiğiniz tema, dil, onboarding durumu ve paywall zamanlaması yalnızca cihazınızda (iOS yerel depolama) saklanır. Bize gönderilmez.

  • Satın alma bilgileri. Bir abonelik başlattığınızda veya tek seferlik satın alma yaptığınızda işlemi Apple yürütür; anonim satın alma bilgileri (işlem kimliği, ürün, ülke, para birimi) abonelik sağlayıcımız RevenueCat ile paylaşılır. RevenueCat ayrıca satın alımlarınıza bağlı anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği oluşturabilir. RevenueCat'in gizlilik uygulamaları için: revenuecat.com/privacy.

  • Tanılama verileri. Cihaz ayarlarınızdan onay verdiyseniz Apple, çökme ve performans verilerini App Store Connect üzerinden bizimle paylaşabilir. Bu veriler anonim ve toplanmış formdadır.

2. Toplamadığımız veriler

  • Adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, telefon numaranızı, fotoğraflarınızı, rehberinizi, takviminizi, konumunuzu veya başka herhangi bir kişisel veriyi istemiyoruz, saklamıyoruz veya iletmiyoruz.

  • Uygulamada kullanıcı hesabı yoktur.

  • Üçüncü taraf analitik araç ya da takipçi kullanmıyoruz.

3. Reklamlar
"Reklam İzle" seçeneğini kullanan ücretsiz kullanıcılarımıza uygulama içinde reklam gösterilebilir. Reklam sağlayıcıları, Apple'ın Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı kurallarına uygun olarak sınırlı ve anonim bir cihaz reklam kimliği kullanabilir. Gerekli olduğunda, takip gerçekleşmeden önce sizden izin istenir. Bu izni istediğiniz zaman iOS Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme yolundan geri alabilirsiniz.

4. Abonelikler ve ödemeler
Tüm ödemeler App Store üzerinden Apple tarafından gerçekleştirilir. Ödeme bilgilerinizi görmüyor veya saklamıyoruz. Abonelikler, mevcut dönem sona ermeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği takdirde otomatik olarak yenilenir. İptal: iOS Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler.

5. Çocuklar
Uygulama her yaş için uygundur. 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılar dahil hiç kimseden bilerek bilgi toplamayız.

6. Haklarınız
Kişisel veri toplamadığımız için sizinle paylaşabileceğimiz, değiştirebileceğimiz veya silebileceğimiz bir kişisel kayıt bulunmamaktadır. RevenueCat'in cihazınızla ilişkili anonim satın alma kaydını silmesini isterseniz bize yazın, talebinizi ileteceğiz.

7. Politika değişiklikleri
Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihiyle birlikte yansıtılır. Değişiklikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
